Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused General Manager – CRM (Real Estate) to manage the complete customer relationship lifecycle, from booking and documentation to possession and post-sales service.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with reputed real estate developers and excellent knowledge of buyer documentation, collections, registrations, customer communication, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete customer relationship and post-sales lifecycle.
- Handle buyer onboarding and documentation, including Builder-Buyer Agreements.
- Coordinate with customers for timely completion of documentation and formalities.
- Manage receivables and payment collections from buyers as per construction-linked timelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Construction and Project teams regarding project progress and timelines.
- Communicate buyer-specific requirements, customization requests, and instructions to the relevant internal teams.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation required for property registration.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of all customer documents in both physical and digital formats.




- Manage customer communications and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Develop and implement effective CRM processes and customer service standards.
- Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Construction, and other internal teams for smooth customer servicing.
- Prepare CRM reports, MIS, collection reports, customer status reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer-related information.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate industry.
- Must have worked with a reputed real estate developer.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with the Top 20 Real Estate Developers in India.
- Strong experience in Builder-Buyer Agreements, customer onboarding, collections, registration documentation, and post-sales processes.
- Experience in managing CRM systems and customer databases.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage high-value and premium real estate customers.
- Strong understanding of the real estate customer lifecycle.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in luxury real estate projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination experience with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Construction teams.
- Professional personality with excellent client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements simultaneously.

Job Location: Shimla or New Delhi

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
