Role & responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel/restaurant.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate all operational departments.

- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor food & beverage operations, service quality, and hygiene standards.

- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.

- Control operational costs and ensure productive utilization of resources.

- Monitor revenue, expenses, sales, and profitability.

- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping, front office, and other departments.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and safety standards.

- Conduct regular operational reviews and identify areas for improvement.

- Support recruitment, training,



and development of employees.

- Maintain strong vendor and supplier coordination.

- Prepare and share operational reports with management.

- Take responsibility for achieving business and operational targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- HM (Hotel Management) qualified

- Previous experience in reputed hotels/restaurants

- Strong knowledge of hotel/restaurant operations

- Excellent leadership and team-management skills

- Good communication and guest-handling abilities
