Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in general management, operations leadership, or business unit management, preferably in cleantech, energy, or technology-driven sectors.

- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and performance management to drive sustainable growth.

- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance indicators.

- Experience leading and developing diverse teams, with solid interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects, improve processes, and implement systems that enhance efficiency and quality.

- Familiarity with sustainability practices, environmental standards, and relevant industry regulations is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and long-term organizational success.
