We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering to build and deploy AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, or similar models.

Build RAG pipelines for document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.

Develop and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, reliability, and structured outputs.

Work with vector databases and search technologies to implement semantic and hybrid search.

Integrate LLMs with enterprise data, APIs, databases, and business applications.

Evaluate LLM responses using appropriate quality, accuracy, latency, and cost metrics.

Implement techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve grounding and context retrieval.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
