- Excellent practical knowledge of gemological instruments and testing methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and engage diverse learners.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical ability and professional integrity.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing future gemologists.
Qualification
- Graduate Gemologist (GG) / Diploma or Degree in Gemology from a recognised institution.
- Relevant industry experience in gemology, laboratory or gemological education will be preferred.
