We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage end-to-end sewing operations for a garment manufacturing unit with 250300 sewing machines. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and timely order execution.
Manage daily production across 250–300 sewing machines and multiple production lines.
- Plan production and ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, WIP, manpower utilization, and downtime.
- Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with PPC, Cutting, Quality, IE, Maintenance, Finishing, and Packing teams.
- Minimize rejection, rework, alteration, and production losses.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, operators, and helpers.
- Prepare and review daily production/MIS reports and performance KPIs.
