Role Description The Fulltime German Trainer Till B2 will deliver engaging German language classes up to the B2 level, following a structured curriculum aligned with Henry Harvin’s academic standards. This hybrid role is based in Gandhinagar, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include planning lessons, creating and updating teaching materials, conducting assessments, tracking learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help learners reach targeted proficiency levels.

The trainer will also support curriculum enhancement, participate in academic meetings and training sessions,



and use digital tools to deliver interactive lessons. Collaboration with the academic team and maintaining a learner-centered, inclusive classroom environment are key aspects of this full time position.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably with Middle School learners and adult learners, with the ability to adapt methods to different age groups.
- Curriculum Development and Language Arts skills, including designing lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with German language B2 standards.
- Strong Teaching and Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex language concepts clearly and foster active learner participation.
- Proficiency in German language at B2 level or higher (B1,B2 preferred), with relevant certifications or academic qualifications in German studies or linguistics.
- Experience using digital learning platforms and educational technology for hybrid and online delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., Goethe, TELC, ÖSD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, provide individualized support, and maintain an inclusive, non-discriminatory learning workplace.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a full time schedule, and willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Gandhinagar.
