- Design, develop, and deploy internal web applications on the Databricks Apps platform using Flask.
- Build responsive frontends using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Develop RESTful API endpoints following the Client Service Route pattern
- Integrate with external APIs (Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure AD/MSAL)
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases on Databricks Lakebase
- Configure Databricks Apps deployment
- Write unit/integration tests for service layers
Required Skills:
- 3+ years Python (Flask preferred; FastAPI acceptable)
- Robust HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript (vanilla JS, DOM manipulation, fetch API)
- PostgreSQL DDL, DML, indexing, query optimization
- REST API design and consumption
- Azure AD / OAuth 2.0 / MSAL authentication flows
- Git-based workflows
- Databricks workspace and Apps platform experience
