- MUST HAVE: relevant telecom work experience (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T; preferred), and/or billing specific enterprise setting
- 10+ yrs backend engineering + tech lead; Amdocs/BriteBill experience REQUIRED
- Java, springboot, microservices, high-volume batch, AFP/PDF/JSON rendering pipeline
- Expertse with AWS services - EKS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB, S3, Eventbridge, Kafka;
- Extensive experience with security and APM including IAM, KMS, Cloudwatch, Graphana, Pormetheus
- Solid undertanding of data layer architecture - designing very tables for very high volume of data; writing code with stringent SLA requirements
- Very hands on; ability to create the coding framework, write code, review code, design unit testing framework, etc.
- Expertise in establishing right Devops processes including CI CD pipelines, code review processes, code repo and branching strategy, etc.
- Unit testing, automated testing, performance testing
- Owns core generation pipeline design and delivery
- Soft: hands-on leadership, mentoring, decisive under ambiguity
