We are seeking a passionate Technical Lead, Engineering to lead our development team at our Noida office.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical leader who has led a team of 4–8 engineers and delivered high-quality enterprise software in a fast-paced Agile environment.General PurposeLead a team of 4–8 engineers with complete ownership and accountability for high-quality, timelysoftware delivery.Lead the design and development of applications based on Microservices architecture.Guide team members on modern technologies including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular,Hibernate, Grails, Groovy, Kafka, R, Redis, Hazelcast, Bootstrap and jQuery.Leverage development and delivery tools including AWS, Git, Nginx, Jira, Confluence and Jenkinswithin Agile methodologies.Promote effective use of AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude,Amazon Q Developer and similar AI coding, code-review, testing, documentation and developerproductivity tools, while ensuring secure and responsible adoption.Collaborate with technical managers,



architects and product owners to build an integrated,enterprise-class software product suite for global pharmaceutical companies.ResponsibilitiesLead the team in understanding product requirements by collaborating with Product Owners; designapplication modules and features for performance, scalability, security and availability.Plan, prioritize and monitor team tasks for upcoming sprints and product releases.Conduct design reviews and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-ontechnical guidance.Own the quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned to the team.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, Test Managers, Database teamsand Quality teams to deliver product features, releases and technical PoCs using Agilemethodologies.Define, improve and enforce engineering best practices covering architecture, design, codingstandards, code review, unit testing and documentation.Evaluate and drive practical adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve developerproductivity, code quality, test automation, documentation and troubleshooting.Establish appropriate review and governance practices for AI-generated code, including security,maintainability, licensing, data privacy and adherence to engineering standards.Perform annual appraisals and participate in semi-annual formal feedback cycles for team members.Own hiring, mentoring, grooming and development of team members in both technology capabilitiesand career progression.Proactively identify and communicate improvement opportunities related to people, processes,technology,



quality and delivery to management.Must Have QualificationsBE/B.Tech/MCA from a recognized institute with a good academic record.At least 6+ years of full-stack programming experience across Java-based technologies andframeworks.Strong experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate-based web applicationdevelopment.Strong experience designing and developing high-performance, scalable, secure and highlyavailable enterprise web applications end to end.Strong problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.Hands-on approach to resolving complex technical challenges faced by the team.Good working exposure to relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle.Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon QDeveloper, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent tools is highly desirable.Understanding of effective and responsible use of AI tools for coding, refactoring, testgeneration, code review, documentation and developer productivity.Self-driven and motivated leader who can drive quality and timely delivery with complete ownershipand accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to take initiative, make sound technical decisions and manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.Additional InformationThis is 5 days work from office role in NoidaInterview process- 2-3 rounds (Technical)/ 1 F2F interview mandatory)Job Location- Noida Sector 125Required QualificationBachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) ,Job Insights: Key Tips to source betterPlease look for early joiners.
