Duties Full-Stack AI Engineer —Platform (Agent & Product development) About The Role We're looking for a full-stack AI engineer to own the design, build, and continuous improvement of An Agentic AI platform 's AI agents — while being equally hands-on with the backend services, frontend experience, and client-side data integrations that support them.

This role suits someone who wants to be close to the AI/agent layer without losing the ability to ship a feature across the entire stack independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build AI agents: Develop the amin agents and related sub-agents — including prompt design, orchestration logic, RAG pipelines, and output quality evaluation.
- Own agent performance in production: Monitor, test, and continuously improve agent accuracy, latency, and reliability in live client deployments; resolve token-limit, timeout, and fan-out orchestration issues.
- Build backend infrastructure: Develop the APIs and orchestration services (Python/FastAPI, Node.js) that host and serve agent outputs to the frontend and to the client's downstream systems.
- Build client-facing frontend features: Develop UI features in React/TypeScript for agent interaction — chat interfaces, negotiation deck viewers, dashboards, and approval workflows.
- Support SAP/Oracle and data lake integration: Work with the integration layer (SAP BTP/CPI or Oracle OIC) and client data lake (BigQuery/Synapse) to ensure agents have clean, governed data to reason over.




- Partner directly with client teams: Translate client procurement requirements into agent design decisions and iterate based on user feedback during pilot and rollout phases.

Skills Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years total professional software engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based products — prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, RAG, or applied ML systems
- Strong backend development skills in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js
- Solid frontend development skills in React/TypeScript
- Practical experience integrating with SAP or Oracle systems (OData, BTP/CPI, OIC, or equivalent middleware)
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Synapse) and vector databases (pgvector, Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone)
- Comfortable deploying and operating services on GCP (Cloud Run) or Azure (App Service/ACA/Functions)
- Solid debugging skills across the full stack — from a failed agent call down to a data pipeline error

Nice to Have

- Experience with Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience building multi-agent, fan-out, or parallelized orchestration systems
- Background in procurement, negotiation, or supply chain AI use cases
- Experience working in fast-paced client delivery or consulting environments

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, advanced degree preferred
