We are looking for an

Engineering Team Lead to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and own end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and development of

Java/Spring/Spring Boot microservices and full-stack applications.

- Own sprint planning, technical delivery, code/design reviews, quality, and troubleshooting.

- Mentor and develop engineers, support hiring, appraisals, and career growth.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DB, and Project teams in an

Agile environment

.

- Drive engineering best practices across architecture, coding, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.

- Promote responsible adoption of

AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, etc.

- Drive improvements in technology, processes, quality,



and delivery.

Must Have

- BE/B.Tech/MCA with

6+ years of Java/full-stack development experience

.

- Strong expertise in

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, MySQL/Oracle

.

- Experience building high-performance, scalable, secure, highly available enterprise applications.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and hands-on technical skills.

- Experience with

AWS, Kafka, Redis/Hazelcast, Git, Jenkins and Agile methodologies.

- Solid leadership, communication, ownership, and team-management skills.

- Exposure to

AI-assisted software engineering tools and responsible AI adoption
