Full Stack Developer (Web/App)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can independently deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend,

understand application architecture, and take ownership of code delivery, deployment, and production readiness. You'll work comfortably with GitLab and deployments, guide junior developers, and apply modern AI development practices without compromising engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable web and application features across frontend and backend.
- Work across frontend technologies, backend services/APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, and application workflows.
- Understand existing architecture and independently contribute to technical design and implementation decisions.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services, ensuring reliable data flow between frontend, backend, and external systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Use Git/GitLab for branching, merge requests, code reviews, version control, and controlled code pushes.
- Handle build, release, deployment, environment configuration, and application publishing, with DevOps support where required.
- Troubleshoot development, staging, and production issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Review junior developers' code, guide implementation, break down tasks, and provide day-to-day technical mentoring.
- Work closely with QA, UI/UX, Product, DevOps,



and stakeholders to deliver complete features end-to-end.
- Use AI-assisted development responsibly, including prompt engineering, AI coding tools, and API-based AI integrations.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development and how contemporary web/application systems work end-to-end.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend stack such as React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent.
- Strong backend experience with technologies such as Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Python, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, caching, integrations, and application architecture.
- Good SQL and database fundamentals; NoSQL exposure is an advantage.
- Strong Git/GitLab workflow knowledge, including branches, merge requests, conflict resolution, code review, and CI/CD basics.
- Hands-on understanding of application build, publishing, deployment, environment configuration, and release processes.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, code quality, and security fundamentals.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering and effective use of AI coding assistants.
- Fundamental understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, tokens, embeddings, APIs, context, and model limitations.
- Ability to integrate AI/LLM APIs into applications where required, while validating AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.
