We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 2-7 years of hands-on experience to join a fast-growing product / service-based company. You'll work on real production features, collaborate with experienced engineers, and take ownership of end-to-end development.
This role is ideal for developers who want solid learning, stability, and growth rather than just maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend
- Build clean, reusable UI components and REST APIs
- Work closely with product and design teams to implement features end-to-end
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
- Debug, test, and improve existing codebases
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
You do not need expertise in everything strong fundamentals matter more than tools.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of real-world development experience
- Solid understanding of frontend + backend fundamentals
- Ability to build features independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or basic DevOps
- Experience working on live production systems
