Role Description The Full Stack Developer Trainer will design and deliver training programs in full-stack web development for learners at SVR EdTech Academy. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and course materials, conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and evaluating their progress through assignments and assessments.

The trainer will demonstrate and explain front-end and back-end concepts, guide learners on best practices in software development, and stay current with industry trends and technologies.



Collaboration with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with market needs is expected. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications Strong skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using modern frameworks and databases.
- Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into complete applications.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical subjects, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic software engineering principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for guiding diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to design project-based learning experiences and evaluate learner performance effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
