Vaiticka Solution is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build an enterprise-grade AI-powered Interviewing Platform from the ground up.
The platform will be designed to automate and enhance technical and skilled interviews using Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, video interviewing, candidate evaluation, fraud detection, automated reporting, and intelligent interview workflows.
The selected developer will work closely with the founder and product team and will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling the product from the initial MVP to an enterprise SaaS platform.
What You Will Build

- AI-based candidate evaluation and scoring
- Automated interview summaries and recommendations

- Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech integration
- Browser-based video and audio capture
- Candidate identity verification
- Liveness and face detection
- Multiple-face detection
- Tab switching and browser activity monitoring
- Interview integrity and fraud-risk scoring
- Animated / AI Interviewer experience
- Client-specific interview configurations
- Role-based access control
- Multi-tenant enterprise architecture
- Reports, analytics, and interview history
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Build responsive and modern candidate and recruiter interfaces
- Develop backend APIs using Python FastAPI and/or Node.js
- Design and integrate REST APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL and relational database structures
- Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI
- Build AI-driven workflows for interview generation, evaluation, and follow-up questioning
- Integrate Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services
- Develop browser-based camera, microphone, and video recording features
- Work with WebRTC and MediaRecorder APIs
- 3–7 years of Full Stack Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js
- Experience building production-grade applications
- Experience working with backend APIs and databases
- At least some practical exposure to AI, LLMs, or AI API integrations preferred
- SaaS or enterprise product development experience preferred
- Startup or product-from-scratch development experience will be highly valued
