Primary functions &

responsibilities Works under the guidance of Senior Software Engineers and other leaders within Engineering to implement high quality full stack applications for Ares Secondaries. Participate in all aspects of SDLC including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment. Deliver high quality code and test deliverables.

Work with product teams on timely delivery Lead technological innovations by proactively identifying and incorporating recent solutions; Drive forward initiatives and influence outcomes with a broader group consisting of engineering and business partners. Ensure a culture of excellence, collaboration, inclusivity and accountability.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering is required Experience Required: 3 Years of hands-on software development experience.

Private

Markets experience in Asset Management is preferred.

Experience in Fund-Of-Funds Secondaries is preferred. Understanding of Alternatives Investment Lifecycle and associated systems is preferred. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Typescript, JavaScript, SQL.



Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles Experience in building full stack modern scalable applications using industry-leading technologies e.g. Angular/React, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, Python, JPA, Hibernate, My-Batis, Redis etc.

Experience in both SQL and No SQL technologies e.g. Postgres, SQL-Server, Mongo, Elastic, Redis etc. Knowledge of modern UI/UX best practices.

Experience in modern software development stack including GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD.
