Job Summary
We are looking for result-oriented Frontline Sales Professionals with strong experience in residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Handle assigned leads and conduct customer follow-ups regularly.
- Conduct site visits and effectively present project features, perks, pricing, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, inventory, offers, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to generate additional business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience in residential property sales.
- Experience in apartments, villas, plots, MSB, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Good understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work on-site.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
