We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our hotel team at Doddabetta, Ooty. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong guest-service attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and guest enquiries.
- Attend to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle telephone calls and guest communications.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and service.
- Follow hotel policies and front office procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office/Hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Good English and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of hotel/reservation software will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skilled appearance and a positive attitude.
- Candidates willing to work in Doddabetta, Ooty are preferred.
