Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced React Front End Developer / Designer (min. 4-5 years) to build and optimize the front-end experience for CashKaro and EarnKaro. Youll bring together strong engineering and design skills to deliver exceptionally crafted sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Optimize website performance and UX through testing and analytics.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma.
- Conduct concept and usability testing; ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across all platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code adhering to industry standards.

Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years in front-end development using React




- Expert proficiency in Figma (and Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch)
- Strong Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, TailwindCSS
- Web performance optimization (Lighthouse, GTmetrix)
- SEO best practices understanding

Nice to Have
- Cross-browser compatibility expertise (BrowserStack)
- High-concurrency application experience
- Active participation in design communities
