We’re Hiring — Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Venus Skin Clinic is looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the face of our clinic and create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle front desk operations, appointments, registrations, and billing
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient communications
- Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and treatment appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and basic clinic documentation
- Coordinate smoothly with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff
- Explain basic clinic procedures, packages, and services to patients
- Ensure the reception area and patient experience are always professional and welcoming
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to clinic operations

What We’re Looking For




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality
- Good spoken English and Tamil;
- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, and basic office software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-service oriented
- Previous experience in a dermatology / aesthetic / healthcare / beauty clinic or hospitality front office is preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply
