Role Overview

We’re looking for a Front Desk Executive who can own the first impression of Omama — welcoming patients, managing appointments, and confidently explaining our treatment programs to convert consultations into packages.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years experience in front desk / clinic coordinator / hospital sales / wellness center sales
- Comfortable with face-to-face counselling and closing
- Strong communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and calm

Preferred Background (Good to Have)
- Experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, IVF, maternity, or wellness clinics
- Prior exposure to counselling-led or consultative sales environments
