Role Description The Fresher Desk Job Associate is a contract, on-site role located in India. The associate will handle day-to-day desk-based tasks such as data entry, document management, and basic reporting to support research operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, updating databases, responding to email and phone queries, and coordinating with internal teams for information and documentation. The role involves following standardized processes, adhering to data quality guidelines,



and assisting in preparing simple summaries or spreadsheets for project teams. The associate will also support administrative functions such as scheduling, tracking task progress, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage basic spreadsheets or databases.
