Key Responsibilities*
:Observability monitoring(Grafana, Pithos and splunk dashboard, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt
- CI CD deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
- Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
- Maintain high-quality, maintainable code through unit tests, component tests, and E2E tests.
- Should able to debug and find RCA

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional groups (product, design, QA).
- Ability to write clear, maintainable documentation and share knowledge with peers.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
