As a Freight Broker at our company, you will play a pivotal role in connecting shippers with carriers to ensure the productive transportation of goods. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end freight brokerage process, from sourcing and negotiating rates with carriers to coordinating and tracking shipments. Here are the key responsibilities of the role:

1. Carrier Management:

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable carriers, negotiating rates and terms.
- Continuously evaluate carrier performance based on service levels, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong network of carriers to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipper Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, understanding their transportation needs and requirements.
- Coordinate shipment details, including pickup and delivery schedules, to meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

3. Freight Management:

- Source and secure freight from shippers, matching it with appropriate carriers.




- Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including documentation and insurance requirements.

4. Operations and Administration:

- Utilize freight brokerage software and tools to manage shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and insurance certificates.

Qualifications:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Preferred if proficient in using transportation management systems or freight brokerage software.
- Added advantage to have familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Gurugram, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
