Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / QA Automation Expert to upskill our engineering and QA teams on AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") and agentic workflows. You will design a practical learning roadmap and lead a hands-on mini-project involving automated QA review of screen captures/meeting interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Agentic AI & Workflow Coaching: Train developers and QA engineers on using AI coding agents, prompt-driven test design, and rapid prototyping workflows.
- QA Automation via Vibe Coding: Demonstrate practical techniques for generating, maintaining, and scaling test suites using natural-language AI developer tools.
- Hands-On Proof of Concept: Build a small prototype that processes meeting/screen recording frames or UI states and uses vision/LLM APIs to validate expected visual and behavioral elements.
- Live Interactive Sessions: Run interactive review sessions where the team watches live agent execution, debugs failed prompts/tests,



and refines automated test pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid background in Test Automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium).
- Proven experience leveraging AI Coding Agents & LLMs (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI/Gemini Vision APIs) in real-world software workflows.
- Ability to structure and evaluate Multimodal AI tasks (e.g., analyzing screenshots/video UI elements against acceptance criteria).
- Clear communication skills with experience conducting developer training or pair-programming workshops.

Deliverables

1. A 2–3 session training plan covering agentic development, prompt iteration, and automated test scaffolding.
2. A lightweight, working reference project showcasing automated visual/functional AI test reviews on sample meeting/screen UI captures.
3. Best-practice documentation and guidelines for continuous vibe-coding adoption within our QA and dev pipelines.
