Position: Freelance Creative Coordinator Location: Hyderabad( based out of Hyderabad only) Duration: 30–45 days (starting 4th–5th Sept’26) Working Days & Time: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Role Overview We are looking for a creative and proactive freelancer to support an ongoing employee engagement initiative (Career Hub activity) in Hyderabad.
- Key Responsibilities Coordinate with middle-level management to gather inputs Draft and send daily emails, updates, and communication Manage and update the Career Hub activity on a daily basis Ensure smooth communication flow and timely updates Bring creative inputs to enhance engagement and communication
- Candidate Requirements Fluent in English and regional Hyderabad language (Telugu/Hindi preferred) Solid communication and writing skills Creative mindset( knowledge & experience in Canva/Coral/photoshop is important )with attention to detail Prior experience in event coordination / employee engagement / communications preferred Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad for the full duration
