Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frappe/ERPNext Developer role based in Kozhikode. The developer will design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules and Frappe applications to meet client-specific requirements.

Daily responsibilities include configuring workflows, building custom scripts and reports, integrating ERPNext with external systems, and maintaining system performance and security. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with functional consultants and end users, and participating in implementation, testing, and deployment activities. The developer will contribute to documentation, support training efforts,



and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization, including Doctype creation, server/client scripts, and report development.
- Solid experience with Python and JavaScript, along with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for integrating ERPNext with other applications.
- Hands-on skills in database management (MariaDB/MySQL), query optimization, and basic Linux server administration for deployment and maintenance.
- Understanding of core business domains such as accounting, inventory, sales, and operations to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an in office environment.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git), testing practices, and best practices in secure, maintainable code development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience with ERP implementations, open-source contributions, or Frappe/ERPNext community involvement is an added advantage.
