Amoga is looking for a high-potential professional to join our Founders’ Office and work closely with the leadership team on strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
This role is suited for candidates who enjoy solving complex business problems, working in an entrepreneurial environment, and taking ownership of projects that have a direct impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, playbooks and operating mechanisms
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams
- Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and business outcomes
- Build solutions using Amoga and develop strong product understanding
- Drive projects end-to-end, from problem identification through execution and measurement
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Candidates from IIMs / leading B-schools preferred
- Background in strategy, consulting, business operations, product, program management,
customer success or startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High ownership, structured thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
