We are building a new cosmetics venture and are looking for a Intern to work closely with the Founder across marketing, management, brand strategy and business development.

The role involves working across strategic and execution-oriented initiatives, with exposure to multiple aspects of building and developing a consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Founder across marketing, management, brand strategy and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor and consumer research and develop actionable insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Plan and execute initiatives across social media, digital marketing, content and brand building.
- Identify and evaluate potential business development opportunities, partnerships and collaborations.
- Prepare presentations, business plans, market analyses, reports and strategy documents.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.




- Manage and follow up on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and provide independent ideas and perspectives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing, content and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Genuine interest in startups, consumer brands, cosmetics, marketing, brand strategy and entrepreneurship.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Ability to work across both strategic and operational responsibilities.
