About The Role We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Founder's Office Intern who wants to understand how a fast-paced digital marketing organisation is run, managed, and scaled.

You will work closely with the CEO and co-founders and get exposure to multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising, problem-solving, research, execution, communication, and taking ownership.

Job Responsibilities Executive Coordination

- Support the CEO and co-founders with scheduling, follow-ups, and priority tracking.
- Help prepare agendas, notes, and briefing documents for key meetings.
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.

Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate tasks and communication across teams on behalf of the co-founders.
- Track ongoing campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Help convert discussions into clear, actionable next steps.

Research & Strategy Support

- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Assist in identifying potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.

Requirements

- Recent graduates or aspiring entrepreneurs.




- Solid organisational, communication, and research skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across functions.
