BabyBillion is building a secure, smart and engaging learning platform for young children aged 2–8.

We create and curate short-form content across stories, rhymes, learning, habits, festivals, moral lessons and everyday skills. Our goal is to build one of India's largest and highest-quality kids content libraries while keeping the experience completely ad-free and parent-friendly.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office – Generalist Intern who is highly driven, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, research, execution, and working on ambiguous tasks. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
- Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights.
- Support founders in tracking and executing key projects.
- Identify operational gaps and help implement solutions.
- Coordinate with different teams including Content, Product, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Create and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Assist with preparing business presentations and leadership updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time.




- Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives assigned by the Founders.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve research, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of tasks from problem identification to execution.

Good to Have

- Prior internship experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations, investment banking, or similar environment.
- Experience with AI tools, automation, data analysis, or no-code tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
- Experience working on independent projects or building something from scratch.
