What You'll Actually Be Doing (The High-Impact Stuff):

- Strategic Wingman: Be the founders' right hand, filtering noise and supporting clarity between them and key internal/external stakeholders.
- Execution Machine: Take full ownership of internal programs and client deliverables, ensuring flawless,



on-time execution and top-tier quality.
- Problem Solver: Actively manage backlogs, proactively finding and fixing bottlenecks (communication, process, resources).
- Efficiency Driver: Dive into operations to find ways to make us 20% better through smarter planning and better team utilization.
- Culture Architect: Support founders on people and culture initiatives, helping to build a work environment where people actually thrive.
- Intelligence Hub: Research, analyze, and prep sharp reports/briefings that fuel the founders' big-picture decision-making.

What You Need to Bring:

- Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis come naturally to you.
- A proactive, go-getter, get-it-done attitude with demonstrated smarts and organizational chops.
- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Sharp communication skills—you can articulate a strategy and rally a team.
- Familiarity with any of the following basics would be an added advantage: Excel, Python/Deluge, Data analysis, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, effective use of AI to augment (not substitute) your contributions.
- Bonus points for experience in a fast-paced startup or knowledge of the Wealth Management/Fintech space.
