Aam Niveshak and Services Private Limited is looking for its first long-term team member .

I am not looking for someone who wants a narrowly defined job where they are told exactly what to do every day.

I am looking for someone who wants to build .

Over the years, as an entrepreneur, I have had to do almost everything myself—from managing operations and clients to generating leads, converting prospects, building systems, researching financial products, creating tools and finding new ways to grow the business.

Now, I am looking for someone who can work alongside me and gradually become a replica of that entrepreneurial mindset .

Someone who can look at a problem and think:

“How can we solve this?”

Someone who sees an opportunity and thinks:

“How can we build this?”

And when something needs to be done:

“Let me figure it out.”

What will you be doing?

Honestly, the answer is: a little bit of everything.

Depending on the stage and requirement of the business, your work may include:

- Managing day-to-day office operations and administration
- Client servicing and relationship management
- Lead generation and prospect follow-ups
- Supporting client conversion and business development
- Building and maintaining CRM and internal systems
- Coordinating with financial product platforms and business partners
- Researching Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, SIFs and different asset classes
- Developing financial tools, trackers, calculators and research frameworks
- Helping analyse and compare financial products




- Creating presentations, reports and client communication material
- Supporting online and offline marketing and promotional activities
- Exploring current ideas, opportunities and business models
- Helping build processes and systems that can scale with the company
- Using technology, AI and automation to improve the business In short:

You will not just be doing a job. You will be helping build a company.

Who am I looking for?

You don't necessarily need to know everything about finance or wealth management.

What matters more is your mindset .

I am looking for someone who is:

✔ Entrepreneurial and highly proactive

✔ Curious and eager to learn

✔ Comfortable wearing multiple hats

✔ Able to work independently and figure things out

✔ Highly organised and good at execution

✔ Comfortable with technology, Excel, AI and digital tools

✔ Interested in finance, investments, business and entrepreneurship

✔ Good at communication and dealing with people

✔ Comfortable moving between operations, sales, research and business development

✔ Willing to start wherever required—even if the work is outside a conventional

✔ Looking for a long-term journey , not just the next job switch

Experience is less important than attitude.





You could be a fresher with exceptional drive.

You could have 1–3 years of experience.

You could come from finance, sales, operations, consulting, technology or even another industry.

What matters most is whether you have the hunger to learn, build and take ownership .

The ideal person for this role might eventually grow into a:

Business Manager → Operations & Growth Leader → Key Leader in the Organisation

I want this person to grow with the company for the long term.
