About the Role

Flextenure is looking for a proactive and analytical Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the Founder across strategy, operations, research, and special projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, solving unstructured problems, and taking ownership of important initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Founder on strategic priorities and special projects
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage operational follow-ups and cross-team coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-ups
- Lead projects from planning through execution
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
- Support hiring, including JDs, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Assist with business development and partnership research





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a quick-paced startup environment
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentations
- Interest in startups, fintech, strategy, or entrepreneurship
- Based in Pune or willing to work from Pune when required
