This is not a conventional role. You will work directly with the Founder/CEO across strategy, business operations, programme management, partnerships, and high-priority organisational initiatives. We are looking for someone with exceptionally high energy, rapid learning ability, strong collaboration skills, and extreme ownership — someone who can take an ambiguous problem, figure it out, and get it done.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic and high-priority business initiatives.
2. Drive cross-functional projects and ensure priorities, timelines, and outcomes are delivered.
3. Manage Programme Office activities including student placements, recruiter coordination, and stakeholder management.
4. Conduct research, analyse information, and support new business initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
5. Identify bottlenecks, solve execution gaps, and ensure timely follow-ups across teams.
6. Take ownership of projects beyond your defined role whenever the business requires it.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
