Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at The – Sierra By The Lake in Udaipur. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, efficient workflows, and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising service staff, organizing shift schedules, monitoring food service quality, and supporting menu execution in coordination with kitchen and bar teams. The supervisor responds to guest inquiries and feedback, manages table allocations and reservations, and ensures that hygiene, safety, and presentation standards are maintained. The role also involves training team members, assisting with inventory checks,



and coordinating with management to support special events and promotions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Service Standards to maintain consistent, high-quality hospitality experiences.
- Candidates should possess practical Food Service skills, covering order handling, coordination with kitchen staff, and adherence to hygiene and safety norms.
