We are a Christian faith-based organization seeking a Café Operations professional who is comfortable working within our organization's Christian values and workplace.

Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of assigned café branches and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming café experience.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate café staff to maintain service standards.
- Allocate staff duties and manage daily shifts effectively.
- Monitor sales, customer feedback, and overall branch performance.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage, and daily consumption.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and café supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and café presentation.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.




- Coordinate with the kitchen/team to ensure timely and consistent food and beverage service.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or operational issues.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, stock, wastage, and other branch activities.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and onboarding of new café staff.
- Assist in executing promotions, special activities, and events at the café.
- Coordinate with other branches and the management team as required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Catering Management / Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

Experience

Internship or 1–2 years of experience in Café, Restaurant, F&B;, Retail, or Hospitality operations.

Systems & Computer Skills.
