VYO Fitness is looking for an experienced and energetic "Floor Manager" to manage daily gym operations, team coordination, premium member experience, and sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gym floor operations
- Supervise and coordinate fitness trainers and front-desk staff
- Handle member queries, enquiries, and complaints
- Support membership sales and lead conversion
- Ensure excellent and premium member experience
- Monitor staff performance and daily activities
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professional gym standards

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
- Freshers with solid communication and leadership skills may also apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team-management ability
- Fitness industry experience will be an advantage
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Incentives: Based on experience, skills, and knowledge
