Role Description The Fleet Executive role at Delhivery is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri. This role involves daily coordination and monitoring of the local fleet to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, optimal vehicle utilization, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The Fleet

Executive will manage driver schedules, route planning, and vehicle availability, while tracking performance metrics such as on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, and maintenance status.

Responsibilities include resolving operational issues, collaborating with warehouse and hub teams, supporting customer-facing teams with shipment updates,



and maintaining accurate records in logistics systems. The role also requires regular reporting to management on fleet operations and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, internal teams, and business partners.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to plan routes, manage fleet operations, and support end-to-end movement of goods.
- Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder management skills to support local business objectives and build productive relationships with vendors and partners.
- Relevant experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics, preferably in a high-volume or express parcel environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Siliguri, handle time-sensitive operations, and use digital tools, dashboards, or TMS platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and data interpretation skills, with attention to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
