We're lo o king for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team and help manage our growing fleet operations across project sites.

What you

'

ll do:

? Coordinate and track vehicle/fleet movement across multiple project sites

? Maintain vehicle log records, fuel tracking, and servicing schedules

? Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, permits)

? Coordinate with drivers and site teams for daily scheduling

? Liaise with vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs

? **Support cost tracking and reporting related to fleet operations

What we'r e looking for:





✅ Prior experience in fleet/logistics coordination (construction, equipment rental, or logistics industry preferred)

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, multi-location environment

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping< /p>
