Fixed Income Dealer 6 Months–2 Years – Mumbai

We are hiring a Fixed Income Dealer – 6 Months–2 Years for a new-generation General Insurance organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Fixed Income Markets, Bond Trading, Government Securities, Money Market Instruments, Trade Execution, and Investment Operations, preferably from a corporate/institutional treasury or investment setup.

Location – Mumbai

The company is building its insurance and investment functions from the ground up, combining experienced insurance leadership with modern technology, data, and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities –

1. Execute and monitor Fixed Income trades across Government Securities, Bonds, Money Market Instruments, and other approved investment products.
2. Track market movements, interest rates, yields, liquidity, and bond pricing to support investment decisions.
3. Coordinate with banks, institutional counterparties, fund managers, custodians, and internal stakeholders for trade execution and settlement.
4. Monitor trade confirmations, settlement status, investment limits, and ensure accurate maintenance of trade and investment records.
5. Support investment reporting, portfolio monitoring, reconciliation, and treasury-related MIS.

Requirements –

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline with 6 months–2 years of relevant experience.
2. Prior experience in Fixed Income Trading / Dealing, preferably within a corporate treasury, institutional investment, insurance, bank treasury, or asset management setup.
3. Strong understanding of Government Securities, Bonds, T-Bills, Money Market Instruments, yields, interest rates, and Fixed Income markets.

Preferred Background – Candidates from Corporate Treasury, Institutional Investment, Insurance, Bank Treasury,



Asset Management, or Institutional Investment desks. Candidates primarily working with brokerage firms/broker-dealers are not preferred.
