Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance team in daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities . Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and equipment breakdowns . Perform basic maintenance of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, conveyors and production equipment .

Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule. Assist senior technicians in machine installation, commissioning and repairs . Identify abnormalities in machines and immediately report them to the supervisor.

Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the maintenance area. Follow all electrical safety, machine safety and plant safety procedures . Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.

Support the team during shift operations and emergency breakdowns . Coordinate with Production and other departments for timely resolution of equipment issues. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and PPE.
