:

- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural and thermal performance of components and systems.

- Develop and implement FEA models using appropriate software tools. Preferably ANSYS

- Collaborate with design engineers to optimize product designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Analyse and interpret simulation results, providing recommendations for design improvements.

- Validate FEA models through correlation with physical testing and field data.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in FEM analysis.

- Generate clear and concise technical reports and documentation of analysis results.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FEM analysis into the design process.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior analysts as needed.

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in conducting FEA using relevant software (e.g., Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran).

- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, heat transfer, and material science principles.





- Proficiency in interpreting and validating FEA results against experimental data.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-experts.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to structural analysis.

Preferred Skills:

- Linear and Nonlinear Analysis: Support for both linear and nonlinear analyses.

- Static and Dynamic Analysis: Capabilities for static, dynamic, and transient analysis, steady state thermal analysis

- Material Models: A range of material models for different materials and behaviours.

- Contact Analysis: Ability to simulate contact and interaction between components.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Ansys APDL, Python, MATLAB) for automation and customization.

- Familiarity with CAD software for geometry preparation.
