We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong experience in

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting

. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of finance and be highly proficient in

Microsoft Excel

.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the annual budgeting and financial planning process.

- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts

.

- Perform budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis

.

- Analyze financial results and identify key drivers behind revenue, expense, and profitability variances.

- Prepare financial reports and management summaries to support business decision-making.

- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis using

Microsoft Excel

.





- Work with business and finance teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions used in budgets and forecasts.

- Track financial performance, trends, and key business metrics.

- Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial analysis and reporting.

- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested by Finance leadership.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in

FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

.

- Solid understanding of financial statements and general finance concepts.

- Advanced

Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.

- Ability to analyze financial data and clearly explain trends and variances.
