Overview:

KPMG India is a leading professional services firm providing Audit, Tax, Advisory, Risk, and Technology Consulting services to help organizations drive growth and transformation.

Valuation & Financial Modelling focuses on assessing business value, building financial models, forecasting performance, and supporting strategic decisions through techniques such as DCF valuation, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building financial models using historical data and forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics
- An excellent aptitude for finance / accounting and proficiency in working with excel formulae and creating macros.
- Working knowledge of intrinsic and relative valuations, market multiples.
- To actively participate in compiling proposals/business development activities.

What are we looking for?





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ideally first attempt)/ MBA from premier institute with 3+ years of experience in financial modeling.
- Must have working accounting and income tax related knowledge
- An exposure to VB and/ or having worked in a similar function would be an added advantage
