Role Description We are looking for a Financial Administration Executive to support our UK and US client services team with day-to-day financial administration, client communication and information management.
The role involves regular communication with clients to obtain information and documents, provide routine financial and tax-related information, maintain accurate records,
and ensure client requests and deadlines are followed up effectively.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in finance administration, accounting support, client servicing or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with UK clients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple clients, requests and deadlines.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and document management platforms.
