Through our programs, we identify, skill, and empower underprivileged youth aged 18–25 (college dropouts, collegegoing students, and recent graduates). The program supports them through skills training, career counselling, industry exposure, and placement opportunities.

The program integrates deeply into the ecosystem surrounding the youth, including colleges, parents, peers, and community stakeholders, to create sustainable and systemic change.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. This is primarily a trainer role, where the selected candidate will train final-year commerce students on financerelated subjects and employability skills to help them prepare for careers in the financial sector.

The role requires regular travel to partnered colleges to conduct offline training sessions. The trainer will engage directly with students, deliver interactive classroom sessions, and support them in developing industry-relevant knowledge and practical financial skills. Since the role involves training, presenting, and mentoring students, candidates must possess excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities





• Conduct classroom training sessions for students on finance-related subjects and industry-relevant skills. • Deliver training modules covering:

o Financial and Capital Markets o Insurance and Risk Management o Portfolio Management o Financial Institutions and Services

- Travel to partner colleges to conduct offline training sessions and engage with students.
- Mobilize and engage colleges to encourage maximum student participation in the employability program.
- Customize training content based on the learning level and background of commerce students.
- Demonstrate the practical application of financial concepts and fintech tools.
- Manage program operations within college campuses and digital learning centres.
- Maintain student records, batch databases, and training trackers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful program implementation and student outcomes. • Continuously improve and innovate training content to align with industry requirements.

Essential Skills & Requirements

- Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields, with a strong interest in teaching/training.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
- Prior experience in training, L&D;, student engagement, internships, or volunteer work is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in finance, fintech, or financial services looking to transition into a training role are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (mandatory for conducting training sessions).
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and mentoring abilities.
- Comfortable travelling regularly to colleges across the city to conduct training programs.
- Ability to work with diverse student groups and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Open to learning, feedback, and working in agile environments.
