Services (FTS) Manager can expect to work on the following deal profiles:Organic Deals: Large new contracts in Start up Phase Poorly performing financial contracts with enhanced complexity or riskInorganic Deals: Finance Integration activities on Ventures and AcquisitionsFinance Transition Services involve managing the process of changing financial systems, processes, or structures within an organization. This includes planning, execution, and support during transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, or system upgrades. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition with minimal disruption to operations.
These services help maintain financial stability and compliance during periods of change. Effective transition management is crucial for achieving desired financial outcomes and organizational goals.Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
