4. Drafting, Reviewing, Vetting and Negotiating on Treasury documents e.g. NCD Documents, Direction Assignments, Securitizations, Commercial Paper, ISDA CSA, derivative contract etc.
5. Legal Risk Assessment, Legal Operations including Process improvement and Workflow design, Covenants monitoring, Deal Structuring etc.
6. Legal/Corporate Governance and Control including Policy and Process Drafting and Review.
7. Inter and Intra Departmental Coordination and Management.
